How Our Free Design Process Works
Step 1.
We begin with a complimentary on-site consultation with one of our qualified Designers to understand your project and goals. You’ll receive expert advice on the best pathway forward, with guidance across all aspects of your renovation – budget, timeframes, construction process and any planning requirements.
Step 2.
We bring your ideas to life through a complimentary custom floor plan and 3D render, followed by detailed plans, material selections and building documentation.
Step 3.
We will come back to site to talk you through our design idea, show you some sample finishes and present you with a quote for the works.
Our Recent Projects
Lower Mitcham Kitchen Reno
Croudace Constructs was engaged to deliver a full kitchen and living renovation in Lower Mitcham – modernising the original layout and creating a brighter, more functional kitchen and living space.
The project began with a carefully managed demolition, including the removal of the existing kitchen, internal walls, ceilings and flooring. With the home opened up, our team coordinated structural works, installing engineered steel beams and structural timber to support the new open-plan design.
Once the structure was in place, we rebuilt the space from the ground up – constructing new partitions and ceilings, reframing and cladding the existing window, and preparing all surfaces to a paint-ready finish.
Custom joinery was designed in-house by our interior designer, manufactured by our joinery team and installed to suit the updated layout, alongside full electrical and plumbing upgrades. Stone benchtops, new appliances, fresh paint throughout and new flooring completed the transformation.
The project concluded with a detailed clean, careful reinstatement of all affected areas and comprehensive quality checks. The result is a cohesive, modern and functional kitchen and living space that perfectly meets the client’s brief.
Aldinga Kitchen & Living Reno
This Aldinga home has had a full refresh – and what a difference it’s made! We transformed the space from dark and dated into a light-filled, modern kitchen and living area that feels open, welcoming and ready for everyday life.
Out went the old alcove window, brickwork, sliding door and tired kitchen, making way for a much more open layout. We introduced a new bifold door opening with slim aluminium frames and a custom awning window, letting the sunshine pour in and creating a seamless flow through the space.
The kitchen is the real heart of the renovation. A beautifully curved timber bench topped with stone sets the tone, paired with fresh white cabinetry and soft ‘Eucalypt’ tones for a calm, contemporary look. A curved timber banquette with fluted detailing and ‘Rosewater’ upholstery adds warmth and character, while open shelving keeps the space feeling relaxed and lived-in. Brass tapware brings just the right touch of polish.
With full electrical and plumbing upgrades, integrated appliances and clean, simple lines, the space works just as well as it looks.
This renovation delivers the perfect balance of modern style and cosy, inviting living.
